Article Processing Charges

The International Journal of Artificial Intelligence, Computational Management and Engineering Systems (IJAICMES) is an open-access, peer-reviewed international journal committed to promoting high-quality research and global knowledge sharing.

To support editorial operations, peer review, manuscript management, and digital publication services, the journal charges a minimal Article Processing Charge (APC) of ₹500 INR for each accepted manuscript.

There are no submission charges for manuscript submission or peer review.

1. What Does the APC Cover?

The ₹500 INR APC helps support the following publication services:

✔ Article formatting and typesetting
✔ DOI and digital publication support
✔ Online open-access hosting and maintenance
✔ Indexing and archiving processes
✔ Long-term accessibility of published articles

The journal aims to maintain affordable publication costs while ensuring quality scholarly publishing standards.

2. Payment Details

Authors are required to pay the APC only after the manuscript has been accepted following the peer-review and editorial evaluation process.

No Submission Fee

The journal does not charge any fee for:

· Initial manuscript submission

· Editorial screening

· Peer review process

Accepted Payment Methods

Payment instructions will be shared through the official acceptance email.

Authors may complete payment using:

· Bank Transfer (NEFT/IMPS)

· UPI Payment

· Google Pay

· PhonePe

· Paytm

· Other online payment options as communicated by the journal

After successful payment, authors should send:

· Payment receipt/screenshot

· Paper title

· Corresponding author details

3. Waiver and Discount Policy

IJAICMES supports students, early-career researchers, and financially constrained authors.

Partial APC waivers or discounts may be considered for:

· Students and research scholars

· Researchers from economically weaker regions

· Exceptional academic contributions

· Authors with genuine financial difficulties

Authors requesting a waiver should submit a formal request during manuscript submission or before final acceptance.

Waiver requests are reviewed by the editorial board on a case-by-case basis.

4. Refund Policy

APC Refund Conditions

· APC once paid is generally non-refundable.

· Refunds may only be considered in exceptional cases involving:

o Duplicate payment

o Technical or administrative processing errors by the journal

Withdrawal Policy

If authors voluntarily withdraw their manuscript after:

· Acceptance
or

· Publication processing has started

the APC will not be refunded.
